Payment and Refund Policy for Rio Rancho Pop Warner, effective January, 2023

Football Registration Fees:

 
Football registration is $200, must be paid in full by July 15, 2023. Uniforms will not be ordered until registration is paid in full.

We do not offer refunds of any kind after July 15th.  Prior to July 15th, refunds are handled on an individual basis and will need documentation supporting reason. If your child simply does not want to play any longer, consider registration a donation to Rio Rancho Pop Warner.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS  AFTER JULY 15TH!!. OUR COVID REFUND POLICY IS THE SAME AS THE STANDARD REFUND POLICY


Payment plans are available and Fee reductions may be considered for families with
demonstrated need. Under any payment plans, fees must be paid in full on or before uniform fittings.

Cheer Registration Fees:

Sideline Cheer registration is $275 and competitive Cheer registration is $375.  

Same Refund policy for cheer as football.

Volunteer Opt-Out Fee:

The Rio Rancho Pop Warner organization is strictly a volunteer organization, and as such, we rely on our Families to help fulfill the needs of the organization, which does include fundraising.  We ask that each family volunteer for or participate in elected fundraisers.  Any family choosing not to volunteer may opt out of the volunteer requirement by paying the $100 Non-volunteer fee per child.  

We do have our financial reports posted and if any family at any times has questions about any of RRPW finances please contact our treasurer Mandy Chavez at treasu[email protected] and she will be more than happy to discuss.

What does my child get with registration?

Registration covers: game day uniform (2 jerseys and helmet decal for football and bow to toe for cheer) which is approx $130/football and $180/cheer, league fees (referees, EMT, insurance) regional and national fees $80/per player.

Each season it costs our organization approximately $350 per child to participate in football and cheer. Only a portion of the registration fees we charge each participant cover these expenses. What monies we raise in our fundraising efforts and from generous donations help us to subsidize the remaining costs. The cost factors within our organization are:

  • Practice Fields
  • Game Day Uniforms: 2 jerseys, integrated pants and helmet decals (approx $130/per football and $180/per cheer)
  • Game Day Fields
  • Referee & EMT Fee's
  • Insurance
  • Trophies
  • Conference Fee's
  • End of the year awards and banquets
  • Coaches bags and equipment

RRPW will require fundraising for each participant in the approx value of $100/player, if you wish not to participate in fundraising you may elect to pay the $100 per player.

Early Bird Discount:
Each year, we offer our families the option of an early registration discount.  All registrations paid in full by date advertised, will receive a discount.  Make sure you are following us on social media or subscribed to our emails so you can stay up to date on all registration information.


Sibling Discounts:
Sibling Discounts will be offered. You may receive a $25 reduction for the second sibling
registered, $35 for third sibling,   

Sponsorship Drive:
For each sponsorship your family obtains of $750 or higher for Rio Rancho Pop Warner,
you may receive one complimentary player/cheerleader registration.
