Fall 2025 Rio Rancho Pop Warner Football Registration

Registration Cost

• $300 per athlete

• Early Bird Discount: Save $50 if registered by June 15, 2025

Payment Plan Available

• Secure your spot with a $100 deposit

• Remaining balance due by July 15, 2025

• If the balance is not paid in full by July 15, the athlete will not be placed on a roster, and no refunds will be issued

Please Note: Registration is nonrefundable

Uniform Policy

• No uniform will be ordered until registration is paid in full

• No athlete will be added to a final roster until the balance is paid in full

Team Formation Policy

• Each team must have a minimum of 16 players

• If a team does not meet the minimum, players may be consolidated with another available team to ensure participation

Playing Time Policy

• Rio Rancho Pop Warner is a competitive program

• We follow the minimum play requirement as outlined by Pop Warner National Rules

• Playing time beyond the minimum requirement is at the sole discretion of the coaching staff

• Factors such as attendance, effort, and execution may influence playing time

Equipment Responsibility
Rio Rancho Pop Warner does not provide equipment. Each athlete is responsible for their own gear, including:

• Helmet (must be certified within the last 2 years)

• Shoulder pads

• Cleats

• Practice gear

• Mouthpiece

• Any other required personal equipment

Refund Policy
All registration fees are nonrefundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Voluntary withdrawal

• Ineligibility

• Failure to complete payment by the posted deadline

• Removal due to disciplinary action

• Schedule changes or travel conflicts

No refunds will be issued for uniforms, equipment, or team-related expenses once registration is submitted and/or payment is processed.
